Kam-Pain » Mean Mutha Reviewed by Dan Dyson / Submitted 29-06-04 16:14 Label: Twisted Trax Format: 12" Vinyl Genre: Tech House Kam-Pain of the Passion Records fame makes his debut on Twisted Traxx and delivers a nice Techy Groover. A pounding kick and tight percussion start the track off with a bang before the galloping bassline kicks and vocal stabs keep it flowing. Hoover stabs and small drum fills take the track into the break in which the hoover stabs build along with vocal before a snare roll and the percussion kick it back in again. Variation in the hoovers keep it fresh and the simple but effective pattern maintain the techy feel of the track and send it home.
